Cashew & Caramel Ice Cream Cake — one of our first flavours and it remains unchanged. Roasted and salted cashews in a sweet caramelly ice cream, layered on a biscuit base and finished with an optional marshmallow icing border.
It includes a polystyrene-lined box and an optional written message.
Store at -18°C or below.
Travelling with your cake?
Your cake will stay frozen for approximately 30 minutes outside of a freezer. If you are travelling with it, add 3 kg of dry ice for every 24 hours of travel (e.g. collecting on Friday for a Sunday event = 6 kg dry ice).
Our ice creams contain no artificial colourants or flavourings.
